The house is on Heeley Road an excellent location opposite Selly oak train station with connections to Grand central station, it is a short walk to Bristol Road and a 10-minute walk to the university of Birmingham. The house has en suites in all rooms and a spare bathroom, a spacey kitchen and living room with all furniture and utilities included ( including a washing machine and dishwasher) and a garden. The room contains all furniture a double bed, study desk, tv, wardrobe, draws etc. Would be living with 4 girls and 1 boy going into their 3rd year studying law, psychology, English lit and classics and geography, all a friendly bunch easy to get along with and they are clean and tidy.
