    Hi,
I'm just double checking that I am eligible applying postgraduate loan. I'm EU national and I have lived in Scotland for almost 4 years now as I was studying my BA (Hons) degree. The course I'd need the loan for is MSc Composition for Screen at Edinburgh University which is not SAAS funded. The cost is £8500 but I have received £1000 scholarship so I now need pay £7500.

    Best,
    Iida

If it's not SAAS funded then you will have to pay for it yourself. The Postgraduate loan you've heard about in the news is only available to students who are resident in England.
