Hi! In 2012 I finished an open university module called K101- An introduction to health and social care. It is a level 1 module on the Open University site giving 60 credits for finishing this module. How do I add this to the 'qualifications' bit on UCAS? Im not sure what this module is classed as? I'm sure it is NVQ 4 in health and social care but i'm not sure?!

Put it under university qualifications or other qualifications.

Does it allow you to leave that blank?

See the example in my sig - you need to add OU as an educational place of study (part time) for the period FIRST...and then add the module.
