fish eye - eeew

We did hearts...didn't get to cut up an eye until A level physics (crowbared it into optics because it sounded quite fun)
We didn't do hearts til A-Level - not cutting them up at anyrate.

We were defo too immature to have been allowed to get choppy choopy - Mathew Wood popped his fish eye into Susan Bucks pencil tin.

She didn't find it until History....

You mean seeds

What about stones?! Not really pips
i thought it was these pips..stones in fluffy's world..that was the difference between a fruit and veg. apparently thats why a lemon is a fruit, cos of the pips.

Why is there even a poll? It isn't subject to opinion! The tomato is a fruit.

Tomato has to be a vegetable. As its not like an apple, where you can just grab and eat, its horrible. Im sure its a vegetable, as they are used with carrots, peas and potatoes.

Have you not read the rest of the thread?
They're a fruit, as the fruit of a plant is what holds the seeds, and tomatoes have seeds. End of.

Yeah but why dont they belong in a bowl of fruit then. No one puts tomatoes in a bowl of fruit.

I do - they keep better and taste better at room temperature and I don't have much other fruit round the house....

It's a fruit! Just because you don't put it in a bowl of fruit doesn't mean it's not one...
