I've got an interview at my local Tesco at 10:30 tomorrow, only about 9 hours as it fits with my other job.
Wondering if any of you have experience with the interview format of Tesco? I've read online that it can be a group or a 1 to 1.

I had my Interview last year, it was successful and I was. I was hired at a store that was just about to open so I'm not sure if my interview format would be the same as yours. I had a one to one interview with a manager of the department the position was in (stock control). He asked about six questions about how I have dealt with difficult experiences, worked with people and improved my own skills. I can't remember the exact questions but they were generic questions. I would recommend preparing by thinking of expereinces in past jobs that would be relevant,
My most important piece of advice is to smile. We were told after the interview that managers were told to only hire people that were smiling.
Best of luck and let me know if you have any more questions.
