    This is my first time posting a new thread, I am applying for the RAF as a PTI, I don't actually have a vetting date yet but I've been training for a while, have my medical next week and I'm quite confident about the standard fitnes test.

    I am finding it quite difficult to find out about PTI standards for females. I'm very much under the mentality that I should be aiming for the men's standards anyway because there's no reason I can't achieve them. But it would be nice to know what my actual 'requirements' would be.

    So for sit ups, press ups and the 2.4k run? As I've heard different things from different people such as the men's is under 9 and the women's is under 10? I'm not sure.

    Any help would be brilliant thank you!

    I can currently do the 1.5 mile in 09:23, 45 sit ups and 24 press ups (obviously needs improving but I have a while yet)
