Has anyone accidentally eaten a paintball? And if so then can you have bad side effects such as nausea vomiting etc? And how long does it take to completely go out of your system?

Different paintballs have different chemical compositions. Some are toxic. Some are completely safe with natural colouring and vegetable oils (although might give you the trots). Depends on which paintball you like to eat...

Did you have any side dishes?
