The online repayment service has been down for nearly 2 weeks. I've been trying to make my monthly payment from overseas. I've emailed complaints but no one has contacted me back. Can someone look into this if possible.
This is the error message:
Cannot find an available route for the purchase. This may be caused by merchant configuration or remote systems failures.
