What happens if we leave the EU?

What happens if we leave the EU? I'm open to views from both sides :smile:.

we're screwed
I heard that
If we vote to stay we stay
If we vote to leave this goes to parliament to vote.
As the parliament is pro EU we will end up staying regardeless

Is this true?:angry:

Nobody can tell you with any certainty.

Anybody who says "x will certainly happen" is lying.
Economy will crash either way, I'd much rather parliament is in control than EU bureaucrats.
Nobody knows.

Just think. Donald Trump wants us to leave the EU. When has he made any sense, or to put it differently, what sensical person has ever taken notice of what that scumbag has to say?

I would argue that short-term economic damage is almost guaranteed.

Thanks for all your responses, I'm know they're predictions but rather worryingly all the polls are showing a favourable brexit.
