    Hey all,
I have 3 presentations to do next week. The problem being is that I get presentational anxiety. The last time I did a presentation I got really bad heart palpitations which are I get when I’m stressed. I’m scared I might start blushing and everyone will laugh at me.
I’m not good at presentations as I get shy.
What can I do because this is really stressing and bugging me, I have to do them because they are progression and compulsory and my worst nightmare is coming true.
I meant to be happy exams are over but instead I’m ugh.
    Can anyone help? 

For starters, as it's an official presentation no one will laugh at you- they'll probably be stressing about their own!!
I know there are the usual things like deep breaths and all that obvious stuff....maybe you could try some calming tea and stuff like that before. Also I'd just focus on being loud and heard if you are shy- that's what they'll probably mark you on (and the content duh!) but just focus on being in the moment and not counting down the time till it's over.... Also I know it sounds stupid but those youtube meditation things (calming stuff) actually work because I used to get so stressed about this stuff but now I'm only a little stressed .

    Good luck!!!

What I do is stare at the wall in the back of the classroom:yes: It worked for my English speaking presentation
