I had my A2 French exam which went disastrously and I genuinely don't think I can get into university now, especially as my first choice wanted A*AA. They would have accepted A*A*B but there has to have been a miracle for me to get a B overall after that paper. I've still got one exam left and it's hard to find the motivation to revise now I know I can't go to university, never mind my desolation over failing French as I love the subject. I feel like I've screwed over my future and let myself down

Maybe you could contact them and tell them before you get your results? And you never know, you could have done well, or the grade boundaries could be low this year

I think you should try your best to forget about that exam and just put all of your energy into that one last exam. I did REALLY bad in one of my exams this year and I had to get over it because I knew I still had work to do. I hope you feel better soon.

I know someone who failed their French A Level after planning on taking it to degree level. Obviously, they didn't do that in the end, and they didn't get in to the university they wanted either, but they decided on a different course and had a great time, so in the end, it doesn't matter too much. What I'm trying to say is that even if you don't get in to your first choice of university, it's not the end of the world. There are so many more options out there

    1. Do as well as you cna in your next exam.
    2. its natural to be pessimistic, but wait for the results.
    3. Sometimes they let people in below the offer.
    4. You can always resit, its only a year.

Study now and worry later if need be.

Don't be pessimistic about the future :')
Yesterday's paper was difficult and I didn't do as well as I would've liked either but you can't change it now, so just forget about it
At least you didn't get the word for dress wrong in the translation (I'd hope)
If they reject you phone them up and beg, if they still say no know ask them to write you a french essay about freedom of movement within the EU because it ain't easy :')
