I am tired of letting what people say to me bring me down and i want to learn how to not GAF what they say to me
    Any tips or advice

Here are some steps to explore.
    1. Welcome your sensitivity. Relate to it with acceptance, appreciation, love even. It is part of you.
    2. The feeling of being down, after your reaction to some event or words, is the effect. You can learn to work with the cause, which is your internal experience.
    3. Don't throw the baby out with the bath-water. You want to preserve your sensitivity, not change into something you're not, namely being thick-skinned. Do realise that if you were able to change into this you could lose not only your sensitivity to criticism etc but also your ability to notice the beauty around you.
    My thoughts.

Step 1: Don't care what they think

    There is no step 2.

Get a skin transplant with a Rhino - they've got pretty think skin. :top:

Literally don't listen to what other people have to say about you.

Think of it this way if they don't really care about you why are you always the topic of conversation??
Embrace it YOU ARE someones top choice for a conversation starter:-) and how to not 'GAF' is by not caring at all.
Don't let what they say bring you down be proud of who you are and keep smiling.

That will annoy people the most when you show you don't care they will eventually leave you alone.
