I eat enough and get all the nutrients I need. I just want to put on another stone and, well, I'm kind of lost.

I don't work out, only a few push-ups every now and then. If eating won't do it, then surely putting on muscle will, and I just need to know the best workouts for that. Has anyone got any tips? Just a basic routine would be very useful.

    Thanks.

Sorry mate but if you're 138lbs at 6'1 you don't eat nearly enough. So many people 'think' they eat enough but actually are nowhere near. For someone your height you need to be eating atleast 2700 calories a day to gain the slightest bit of weight.

use this website for a week and track your daily calorie intake and you'll be surprised. www.myfitnesspal.com
