I've been thinking of getting my ear pierced for a while now I'll be 18 soon and am male don't think that's really important but the information is there.

Basically I've done some research and seen you get some starter earring and it must be in for six weeks though none of them clarified if it had to be in permanently for that whole time. Am I able to take it out for probably a maximum of 10 hours a day as our work doesn't approve of earrings so I would have to take them out for working. Thanks

You'd need to keep it in the whole time for 6 weeks

I recently got my ears pierced, the man told me 4 weeks to heal & change earring although I've had it in for 2-3 weeks and it's fully healed, I think it depends on your body/healing time, you should know when it's ready

you need to keep it in the whole time for six weeks, anything less could result in an infection.
