    English is not my first language, but I moved to the UK when I was 11 and I have a british passport. I consider myself bilingual and have no problems with my english. I am also talking english lit A level. Do I still need to take the toefl test? I'm applying to unis like Cornell, Yale etc.

    If you went to an English medium secondary school, the TOEFL is not necessary.
