    so i was thinking. if i previously rejected a uni place on UCAS but decide to apply through clearing, can i still apply there even though i rejected them before?

    If you mean you DECLINED their offer then yes.

    The fact that they were one of your initial 5 choices will usually be in your favour as they know that you're not contacting them cold for the first time in clearing.
