    Hi. I want to apply for econ at uni and the unis im looking at are warwick durham nottingham kent and surrey. If i get predicted an a for economics as its a linear course, and then get an a at as maths do you think unis will make me an offer. I also do biology and chemistry and excpet to ve predicted an a star for bio and an a for chem. Thanks

    Edit: it is unclear if you are going to offer an A-level in maths or just the AS - if you're only doing AS and not A2, then I think you'll find it difficult. If not, then ignore this post - you have good grades and provided you can demonstrate an interest etc etc, you should be fine.

    Entry Requirements
    A level A*AA including Mathematics.
    As you don't have the full A-level, I'm not sure how they'd feel about that - maybe it's worth getting in touch to see what your options are.

    I should warn you that BSc Economics does have a fair bit of maths in it from what I've seen, so if you're not interested in taking the full A-level then I would suggest looking at BA courses. And just have a look at entry requirements for universities that you are interested in.
