AQA P2 Does a charged object exert a force on a neutral object? Watch

    obviously positive and negative forces repel etc, but what about negative/positive with neutral?

    The specification is not clear here.

    Do you mean that the specification for the course is not clear as to whether or not this is covered or are you not clear as to what attraction there is between a charged object and a neutral one?

    ( If it's the latter then a charged object will attract an uncharged one e.g. like a charged balloon will attract little uncharged pieces of paper and pick them up. )
