Area ratio = 4:9, so linear ratio = sqrt(4):sqrt(9) = 2:3.
Thus volume ratio = 2^3:3^3 = 8:27, so area A = 8/27 * 405 = 8/9 * 135 = 8 * 15 = 120, as required.
