I feel like I am in that position..

I am one year away from qualifying as a medical doctor but actually now 2 years away as I am doing an intercalated degree with very little contact hours.

Inspire me for what sort of things you'd do if you had a year's worth of spare time and live in a big city?

    My list so far:
    - fitness: in any form, sports/gym etc to tone up/build muscle and have my ideal body
    - part time job: maybe in a bar, restaurant, ideas?
    - self defence classes
    - learn a new language (or try to.. I have a foreign boyfriend so may try to learn his native language!)
    - baking
    - travelling/ short trips/ city breaks: the local airport is connected pretty well!

    Any other ideas?
