Anyone feeling stressed taking exams? We know how you feel!

We asked our students what they do to cope with stress and hopefully some of their tips will help you too.

    Here are the findings:
    • 29% listen to music
    • 24% take breaks
    • 14% meet their friends
    • 10% watch TV
    • 5% play video games
    • 6% have plenty of snacks to hand
    • 12% go for walks

Do you do any of these things too? We'd love to know - what do you do to unwind during exams?

All of the above, though about 80-90% of my time is spent watching TV.
