There's a TSR article about that here and one about difficult exams here

You probably didn't do as bad as you think!

Just try and focus on the fact that it's in the past, there's nothing more you can do now (apart from putting all your energy into working towards any exams you might have left and treating yourself a little for getting through such a tough paper). I'm sure you did your best!!

If that was your last exam, go and enjoy your summer, or if you're going back to school, go and throw yourself into your work. You can't do anything about it now and you did the best you could at the time, so try and relax. What I say to myself is that I'll allow myself to worry the day the results come out, haha.

If you still have exams left, get on with revising for the next one so you can do as well as possible in the rest. Messing up in one paper isn't the end of the world, as you can often pull up your grade on another paper.

Best of luck! The worst is behind you now.

Think about the next exam. If you dont have anymore exams then well i guess you can just not do anything related to studies for a an entire month...in which case you will probably forget everything you wrote in the exam.

Just stop thinking. There's literally NOTHING you can do to change it. Just learn your lesson and move on.
