Looks good but looks a bit professional or more of an office look. Not cozy enough for a home.

It's beautiful but it looks as though it would be horrifically expensive!

If I convert the price into pounds it's probably £28,300.
To buy? Maybe that's not too bad, then!

    To rent
I thought it was a bit low! Haha.

If that is the rent cost per year, then it would be about £2358 per month (you probably already know this), which is pretty costly. It's a great apartment so if you can afford it then it would be a great place to live!

Looks too cold sterile and clinical

Looks more like a hospital surgery than a home

And Copenhagen is such a soulless cold and distant city

I'd imagine myself as a hypercondriac if I lived there

    It's Denmark
Thanks it looks nice but make sure you go and visit the place before you make any decisions, they sometimes only take pictures of the good bits and leave out the bad bits. Also I would suggest looking at the neighbourhood as well as the apartment itself to make sure you have everything you need for example shops and transport links nearby.

    Anyways good luck

it would be a nice second home for a young professional, but not a permanent residence
