Hello aspiring freshers/returning students!
I've got an available room for the academic year 16/17.
For those of you who know Lincoln, it's located on Norris Street, which is just off Scorer Street. To give those of you who don't know the city an idea of where it is, it's a 15 minute walk (approx.) to the university campus and library.
The house is located just off the high street, with several take-aways, european/international supermarkets and minimarkets, and pubs along the way.
Close by student halls include: St. Mark's Apartments and The Junxion where Spar and Tesco Express are located. (Although these halls are pricey considering I have lived at The Junxion myself).
The available room costs £85 per week:
inclusive of gas, electricity, water, sewerage, bill, TV license and broadband, with a fixed term contract of 48 weeks (01/09/2016 - 31/07/2017)
As of September 2016 there will be 2 males and 1 female (myself) living there.
We are all currently undergraduate students studying: History, Biology and Psychology.
The landlord is super-friendly and caring. We have meet with her several times now and she's demonstrated on those occasions that she is set of giving us a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
We have not been informed of a fixed date by which this room should be filled so bookmark this page just in case!
Anyone interested or know of someone looking for a room in Lincoln, please do not hesitate to message me and I'll be more than happy to send videos of the house and/or put you in contact with the landlord, should you have any questions
You can message either through The Student Room or send me a friend request/message on Facebook or a follow on Twitter and send me a DM!
