Hmmm... For me, the best in UK is undoubtedly Cambridge, but you might want to consider Imperial and Warwick as well (since you can't apply to Oxford anyway). In the US, the Ivy League schools and MIT would probably be the best at mathematics, but it's harder for foreigners to get into US unis though... Oh well, no harm in trying right? I'm from Malaysia and doing the same thing as you too:biggrin:

In the US: MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, and probably Caltech as well. I don't think any of them is going to be significantly above/below the other for undergrad work. If you get a spot at Oxbridge, I'd go there and save yourself some money (unless the US schools offer you lots of financial aid).
