I have an offer from a uni for AAA or A*AB, I'm worried I won't get these grades so I looked on their website and saw a slightly similar course that I would be really interested in with grade requirements AAB. If I end up not getting the results I hoped for- could I call up my firm uni and ask if it would be possible for me to go on the course for AAB, or would i have to go through clearing? Thanks

By then, there is a chance that they already made up their mind (they could accept you even if you fail to meet the requirements or they could reject you).

You could email them now and ask them if you can switch courses. I don't know which university you have applied for but some may still have some vacancies.
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
