When will the Postgraduate Loan be available? Do we know exactly the date?
"You will receive the first instalment of your loan payment when your university confirms attendance on your course." ie. you actually have to ENROL to get your first payment.

Official web pages are still just saying "late June" for applications. They're cutting it a bit fine, so I assume that an exact date won't be announced and they'll just open the application system.
