So I just finished my GCSE's this week. WIth the results coming out 2 months from now. I was wondering if universities accept students who have just completed their GCSE's. If so, what would be the general disadvantage of skipping A levels and directly applying for a uni.

If you could help me with naming a few places where it is possible to apply, that would be great help.

    Thank you in advance

It's generally not possible because you won't have the required knowledge to complete degree level work with just GCSEs.

It's possible to do a degree without Alevels but you will need equivalent level qualifications, which GCSEs aren't.

Why do you want to skip A levels?

If you were a mature student it would be possible to apply for an access course that might lead to a degree course with just GCSE qualifications.

If you are a 16 year old it isn't an option.
