How did they get the shadowcost of twenty in the second iteration?

S refers to source shadow costs, D to destination shadow costs.

Starting from S(X)=0

S(X)+ D(A) = 17, so D(A) = 17

S(Z)+ D(A) = 6, so S(Z) = -11

S(Z)+ D(C) = 9, so D(C) = 20
is this aqa?
