Just wanna ask any regular tinder users (as a newbie after a recent breakup); what are the unspoken rules of tinder? And how can I best make a good first impression?

Is there a certain way to write your bio for peoples convenience and ease of reading? If you match with someone do you message asap or leave it a while? If you match and message and don't get a reply how long should you leave it before taking it as a hint and unmatching? When people put their Snapchat in their bio; is that an invitation to add them? What kind of messages are good for opening with to kind of get the ball rolling? How long do you message on tinder for before trying to exchange numbers, move platform or arrange a date or something?

Just a few things I'm wondering and would like answers to, thank you

p.s. I am a guy so idk if that changes anything but, if so, let me know
