After going to an open day, it has become apparent that you should have an foundation diploma in art as an entry requirement. I am going to start L3 media makeup in September, a question that was asked at the open day was if we are doing a course like media makeup does mean we are at a disadvantage because we haven't got the art foundation. The reply was people with art foundation make better students. Is anybody else in the same position, doing a course that you think will help you get into university, when actually you need a different course? I feel like I am in a pickle now!
    Thank you
