Probably need a bit more information to evaluate the situation. There can be many reasons for not keeping friends.
Do you struggle to form strong connections so you gradually slip away or do you end up arguing and falling out?
How often do you put work into the friendship, e.g organising to meet up ect.?
There are many other factors for not keeping friends, without knowing everything going on or knowing you it is impossible for anybody to make a judgement on this.
I don't really keep friendships because I am very shy and quite introverted, as a result of this I struggle to form strong connections with people so none of my friendships tend to last. However I do not have a personality disorder (as far as I am aware).
So while it is possible it is more likely that there is something else going on, not a personality disorder, which means you don't keep friends.
