I decided to buy colmans peri peri bake in a bag seasoning with the hope of making Nandos style chicken, I also added garlic and lemon for an extra measure. Alas! My chicken tasted nothing like Nandos chicken, it was very bland and disappointing. I decided to add MSG to it and grill it further and there I suddenly had Nandos tasting chicken. The reason I have msg is because I decided to buy it a few weeks ago so that I could experiment with it to try and make chow mein like they do in the Chinese shops.

From a Google search, Nandos assures customers that they don't use msg. The grill they use isn't even a coal grill, so I'm wondering does anyone know what they use to bring about the flavouring?
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
