    This kind of question depends highly on what course you want to do and what grades you're likely to achieve. I don't know much about London-area unis, but I feel like if you want a good answer you'll need to specify those for anyone else that wants to help.

    Reading is half an hour away from London by train (Reading to Paddington) and is in the top 1% of universities worldwide, with a high level of our graduates in work or further education after 6 months.
