The reality of it is the English squad are not that good and the only reason the premier league is entertaining is due to the skill of foreign players lets just be honest, it may be the national sport but we suck at it lol.

I think the difference between England and other major teams like Spain and Germany is that they don't know their own teammates as well as they should. A lot of the Spanish players are from Barcelona/Real Madrid, a lot of the German players are from Bayern or Dortmund, etc. so they can play with each other. English football is still spread across quite a few teams. That being said, a lot of other teams should have the same problems though...

Your statement is highly provocative just before an important England game

Not necessarily, but think about it, for example, if the England team was all foreign players, or mostly foreign players, it wouldn't be 'English' would it?
But, anyone can play footie good, if they put their heart and soul into it, but some people are not bothered about the sport itself, they just like the money tht comes from it.

What you saying bruv? It's not that England doesn't have talent it's that there's a lot of foreign bidders to buy teams in the EPL. Simple as.

What would be really nice would be if people played for the team of the country they were a national of. Not only would a match like England v France be truly representative of the talents of each country, but it would be less unfair to smaller national-based teams with less money to "buy" in good players.

Also your statement is just rubbish. How can you insult a whole country's talent? Your intent is to piss me off but your outcome is you just embarrassing yourself saying stupidness.

What are you even talking about? EPL recruits players into clubs as youths but then when it comes to playing professionally they never can show or improve their skills since the teams are so corrupt with foreign players. This is British sports politics in black and white. Just read something 1st.

Have you ever thought about the possibility that the English Youth players simply aren't good enough?
Look @ the youth foreign players compared to ours. Head and shoulders above.
Since the likes of Scholes, Gerrard, Rooney etc our youth players have not been good enough. You have to be something special to cut it now in the league and unfortunately only a handful of English players are doing that.
Put our best players against another teams like Spain then we'll see whats what.
Cant even beat the like of Slovakia ffs.

Some English players are actually good like Alli, Kane, Dier etc. However, when they pull on the England top, they all turn into bottlers.

Foreign players are only bought for club sports.

It's an inane argument.
Would La Liga be the same without Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez or Neymar?
