what happens if i do FM alevel a year early and do badly in it. Therefore i retake m1,c3,c4 in y13. So how does the prediction work. Do they predcit my maths grade on the c1,c2,s1 (like they do for the guys who did not take fm in as).if so they what do the m1,c3,c4 grades predict?

"They" are your teachers and its up to them what they predict your grades to be. The school will have a process to decide and the reference they write will have to justify their assessment of your potential. Ask them for advice on what they will do.
