    Hi,

Currently stuck on figuring out a structure and sources for my dissertation. The title is 'how articles 2 and 3 of the European Convention overprotect individuals like Abu Hamza in relation to extradition'.

Really panicking as I only have three weeks left until the deadline.

    Many Thanks!!!!

Hey that sounds like an interesting topic! Unfortunately I cannot recommend any sources but I have some other advice: I too did a human rights dissertation which I completed this year, my whole dissertation of 12,000 words was centered around Article 2 so you may struggle to fully analyse two separate articles within the word count, in sufficient depth. Also I initially planned to do a dissertation centering on Article 2 but as my supervisor pointed out much of the topic has been rehashed many times so you must find a way to make it more relevant and topical if possible. In relation to your chosen topic if it has been approved then resources such as lexis and westlaw or even just google will provide a wealth of relevant articles and you can probably even find past dissertations on a similar topic.

I hope some of this helps you. Best of luck with the dissertation, it's good that you're thinking about it now because I did not have a topic until the end of the first semester which was challenging!
