    Obviously im no immigration officer, but are you asking if its safe for them to go back? In this case only they know how much danger they are in.

    If you are talking about getting back in after going to Pakistan, then it depends, I think if they have a British Passport then its probably no issue at all, if they dont and are applying for residency then going back MAY hinder it (again i dont know im just working on assumptions as at the airport they will get asked like why did you go when you were endangered etc etc)

    Best thing i would say is phone both the Pakistani Embassy and phone up the British Embassy and try and clarify how the situation can be solved.
