    Hey guys,
I'd like to understand, from a student's point of view, what your thoughts are on using a relocation/ moving agent to help you find private student accommodation. The service would be inclusive of the following:
    • your own personal relocation broker,
    • property search,
    • personal driver,
    • utility set up and management,
    • contract assistance,
    • Visa assistance
    • Professional service referral (e.g. visas, airline tickets etc.)
    • Priced at 1 month’s calendar rent of the property chosen by you.

It sounds already like your geared towards international students although you'd probably need to provide a guarentor service for them unless they could pay all their rent up front. I'd say for all but the richest home students its an expense home students couldn't afford and something not worth the cost anyway.

Private student halls are really straight forward because they cover most if not all of what you list.

Google for them in the relevant location.
