I was already a resit and because of my anxiety and panic disorder, I've had to pull out of my third year of a levels. I sat half of my exams and went to the hospital for a doctor's note which I've given to my school.

Does anyone know what results I will get? The exam advisor said that she can only send the letter to the exam board and they will decide what happens next. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I don't know what to do and I feel like a failure. I can't get into a decent uni because I don't have 3 a levels. I've been looking into HNC but I don't know how valued they are. Please help

There is a procedure for calculating grades where not all the papers have been taken. If you go to the website(s) for your exam board(s), you should be able to find the details.

This is what AQA says, for example:

What @Isinglass said could be a viable option. You could apply for special consideration which could either bump the grade(s) of the exams you've taken and/or predict the rest of your grades for the exams you did not sit.

I am not familiar with this system, so I don't know whether it would result in you getting your full A levels or not.

If your college/school is still open, talking to people in the careers department could be helpful, since I'm sure they have had many students in all kinds of tricky situations.
