I'm trying to gain weight and build muscle.

I've put on 2 kilos in just 2 days.

My aim is get to 100kg (220lbs)

Do you think I can reach that if I keep going?

If you consider that 1+1 = window, blue + yellow = green and that CheeseIsVeg, is Steve a good name for a rubber duck?

It's probably water weight because muscle doesn't physically grow that quick

Maximum muscle gain is around 10kg a year so that is literally just water and food weight lol, weigh yourself after a **** and watch it drop back down

Eat a lot of carbs as this helps increase you insulin which helps hold onto fat. A diet that i'm trying atm the gain weight is drinking 2 - 4 pints of full fat milk a day! This is high in saturated fat which is very unhealthy but this fats help gain weight fast. I'm still eating 3200 calories a day I'm just drinking to milk to help boost the weight gain. I'm 6'5 was 10 stone 2 pound now 11 stone 10 pounds in 6 months, I run 5k 4 times a week and lift weights 6 times a week. This makes it hard for me to gain weight at a quick pass but I love exercising
