In my first year of college i did Pearsons BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and got a grade Distinction*

What do I put it under in the education bit? My friend said as a Subsidiary Diploma course as it gives you grade options like Dist*, Dist, Merit, Etc but the actual official course on the UCAS Education section says grades like D*D*, D*D, DD,etc

WHAT DO I DO? I'M SO CONFUSED!!!!

Its probably not under subsidiary diploma, does it give you level 2 btec options anywhere on the qualifications list.

No it does not.
Putting it under other qualification is your best bet then, unless there's anything under the gcse section that matches it.
