Birley Accommodation

Yeah, I know there's an accommodation topic and yes, I know I posted in it but whatever.

There's not much online talking about Birley. Just wanted to know if anyone had more info on it? I'm weighing up either the Townhouse or the Cluster Flats. I know the social side of things isn't going to be the same as Cambridge Halls but does anyone think much to the Dunham/Vine flats? 8 people seems like a decent amount, gonna be at least a little bit lively there?

Also wondered if anyone could pitch in about the gender balance in Birley too.
