If say I have an offer with a uni already and I don't meet that offer, is it possible to just be moved into the foundation year course on results day?

    Can/has that ever happened?

Not always, foundation years are more competitive than full degrees. Plus they would ideally want students who achieve/exceed expectations and not underperform.

If they have spare places. You should talk to them and see what their attitude is.

My issue is I think I aimed too high, I completely bombed my previous results but ended up retaking A2 outside of school, although I feel I have improved going from U grades in some of my modules last year (I don't know my results, but I've definitely gone up) but with how some of my exams went, I don't think I'll be able to cover the difference needed in UMS.
