A' hypothetical ' situation for the purpose of this thread.

A student sitting besides you opens up the paper before they're allowed to start, and they look through all the questions, and then start discussing the questions with the other students including details of how to answer them. you're aware that this is happening but the exam staff don't notice whatsoever.

do you ignore them, or do you say something ?

Hm... I seen someone do this in an exam however they didn't tell others, just to look themselves... I wasn't really bothered seeing as they hardly average a C. I personally would never do this but I wouldn't snitch as it would cause tension and that's something I really wouldn't want during the exam period.

    Snitches get stitches

Nahh i'm kidding...but for real, I'd leave it. If I had more guts I'd probably do it myself. My advice in this situation would be to keep yourself to yourself and focus on your own paper. During that couple of hours or so, your job is to focus on that exam and that exam alone, it's the invigilator's job to sort that stuff out, you shouldn't have to do their job for them
