I'm no fashion expert like telling the difference between items of clothing such as Bootleg, Bootcut, straight keg and wide leg trousers, Detail tab sleeve, Roll tab sleeve, blouses and shirts. But I was wondering are there any differences between these items of clothing

Yes, there are differences, mostly to do with the fit or detailing. If you google 'jean styles chart' or similar there are loads of pictures that explain it. Things like straight leg and wide leg are pretty self-explanatory, bootleg and bootcut are the same thing, they both flare out at the ankle to accommodate a boot. Roll tab sleeves have a strip of fabric on the inside which buttons to the outside to keep the sleeve rolled up. A shirt is just a button down shirt with collar which can be worn by men or women, and a blouse can be made of a more floaty fabric, have different fastenings and are usually worn by women, but there is no set definition of what makes a blouse.
