I'm applying to be a St John Ambulance Cadet. However, despite knowing the basic of what should be inlcuded in the email, parent/ guardian's name, young person's name, young person's date of birth etc., I don't really know how I should write the introductory paragraph (or the rest of the email for that matter).
I'd really appreciate any advice you have for me. Thank you

With emails, okay, it's important to get the basics right and spellcheck/make sure things make sense, but at the same time, don't overthink or overcomplicate things I'm not saying you are, but just in case.

I'm not familiar with it myself so I'm not sure how your email fits in with your application - whether you've never contacted them before and this is your application, or they've got an application already and you're just sending some extra info?
