I used to be good friends with this guy that I met 2 years ago, but then we stopped talking last year and haven't talked since.

He just randomly messaged me today if I was free over the summer. I haven't talked to him in ages, and if it's just me and him that would be so awkward. We have no mutual friends, so I can't just invite another person. So what do I say? I can't say I'm busy throughout the whole 8 weeks, please can someone help me?

Tell him you don't want to meet up?

    Simple.

Just say no, you don't owe him anything of yourself. It's like Dizzee, you don't even need a reason.

Sounds like he fancies you, or used to and something has triggered it again. Don't take my word for it, though.

Be straight up to be honest, no easy way of doing this.
