I went to the Imperial College open day and fell in love with their bioengineering course (as an aspiring medic with a love of maths) but I can't seem to find similar courses at other universities - biomedical science is often a degree option but this doesn't have the focus on maths or physics that I liked about the imperial course.
Could someone help me out and show me similar undergraduate degrees at different universities?

A basic google search has come up with a few options for biomedical engineering and bioengineering so the first thing to do is some research.
