I am applying for Msc at warwick university for this October, How does brexit affect me? Will there be more problems in getting employement? Also, will I be able to apply for jobs to the EU in the same way?

i doubt brexit made a difference to you getting job in EU or not - unless you became a british citezen. as it stands you still apply for the same student visa and if you want to work in uk, highly skilled visa, same as before.
my suggestion is do a medical degree - as we need more nurses and doctors

It won't affect you - the only situation in which Brexit would affect you negatively would be if you planned on getting British citizenship, but were unable to travel in the EU without a visa after Britain leaves (it's gonna happen, just a question of when).
